Shoes & Sago

Yesterday, my very good friend and I had a girly day.

I think my frustrations in clothes were dumped on my friend because I kept on asking her to try things on since she’s such a skinny mini. It was so fun! I love fashion, I love clothes, & I love shoes. They’re my major frustrations. It’s funny because this blog kind of ended up as a fashion blog but what I was doing was that I was reblogging the stuff I want to have and be able to wear but then it turned into a fashion blog lol. I was finding these amazing shoes and cursing the wind because it doesn’t come in my size.

Weirdly though, this Tony Bianco boot wedge fit me! I was going to buy it despite the $190 price tag but it was so painful to walk in. Bye bye shoes.

It was such a girly day. Talking about boys over lunch and trying on 5 inch stilettos. After that we had dinner at Kitchen Workshop (I was gonna add some photos but Tumblr won’t let me) and just talked some more. It’s nice to go out with friends as a group but one on one really makes people closer.

So we decided to critique the desserts ala Masterchef judges. My responses were mostly “Yum” and “Omg it’s so good” so I don’t think I’m the best judge in terms of explaining my critique in detail. My friend on the other hand had much more better responses like “It’s too crumbly” and “I love jelly” (LOL)

The Sago dessert - Everyone must try it. After eating a little bit and seeing my friend took a heap spoonful, we burst out laughing. In her words, “It tastes like shoes” which she said in between laughter. I was hysterical, she ate so much of it. I had a little and it was awful! It tasted like plastic.

Thinking that the shops would be open till late, we went to the DVD place because I have been dying to get this DVD the whole week - It was closed when we got there :(
